Techweek is proud to host a 24-hour hackathon - join developers and hackers for an all-day frenzy of fun, camaraderie and coding. At the end, each team will have created an entirely new application that they will showcase to a panel of judges in the hopes of being crowned the winners!

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older to participate in the challenge.
  • Teams can consist of one but no more than five.
  • Teams of eligible individuals can enter.
  • Teams of eligible individuals may enter on behalf of a company, non-profit, and other legal entities may enter.

Requirements

  1. What to create: functioning software application; demonstration video; screenshots
  2. Platforms: iOS; Android; Mobile Web; Web; Mac Desktop; Windows Desktop; IBM Bluemix; IBM IoT Smart Gateway Kit; Cerner Health API, emfluence Marketing API
  • IBM will have Bluemix technical experts on site at the hackathon.
  • A limited number of IBM IoT Smart Gateway kits will be available to hackathon participants.
